Our company uses a particular set of internal style guidelines. Can you apply it to the document?
Yes for sure. If your work needs to conform to a unique internal style guide, your designated editor will be sure to apply it to your work, provided you send us specifics about the particular guidelines you require.
My document is very large. Can I submit my work in parts?
Yes, absolutely. We work on a chapter-by-chapter basis anyway, whereby our editor only moves on to the next chapter of your work after we receive your approval.
We also appreciate that, in some cases, your work might still be in progress and is yet to be completed, or you might wish for us to only work on a section of it. This is completely fine, just let us know and we will be sure to pass on the details to your designated editor.
My document contains sensitive business information. Can you guarantee it will stay confidential?
Absolutely. We value your work and appreciate the amount of trust you put into us and our editors when you choose to work with us. We take this responsibility very seriously.
We guarantee that the only people who can have access to your work are the editing manager, who will be in touch with you during every step of the process, and the proofreader/ editor who will be editing your work.
All our staff members and editors have already been signed to very strict confidentiality agreements, as well as an NDA pertaining to any work they receive from us. In fact, your designated editing manager and proofreader are both bound to delete all copies of your work from their systems once they have completed editing your work.
I work for a corporation and need you to edit my work. Will my boss know that I used your service?
Most certainly not. We value your privacy and personal confidentiality as much as we value the confidentiality of your work. We apply the same strict confidentiality rules that we do to your work, to your identity, and the NDAs to which we sign all our staff members and editors also include strict confidentiality rules pertaining to your identity. No one will know that you have used our service except for your designated editor and your designated editing manager, and they are both legally bound to keep all your information strictly confidential in all circumstances.
We are a large corporation. We are interested in a customized service. Is this possible?
